We would like to introduce Ito Mokugata Seisakusho's "Reverse Engineering." At our company, we borrow products from customers that they wish to restore and use non-contact measuring devices to collect point cloud data from the products. We then create STL data (a collection of triangles) from the point cloud data to reproduce the original shape data. We would like to introduce the "non-contact measurement" conducted by Ito Mokugata Seisakusho. Using a non-contact measuring device, we measure the material and output it as point cloud data. We match the inspection material with the 3D data provided by the customer to check for differences in shape, thickness, and other aspects. • Contract measurement

We would like to introduce the 'ABS, 3D Printer' handled by Ito Wood Pattern Manufacturing Co., Ltd. With our product, we can create a simplified layered model from a 3D model provided by the customer, allowing for meetings while reviewing the product model. This helps to resolve concerns, enabling the consideration of wood pattern manufacturing, casting plans, and processing jigs or clamps, thus reducing lead time. • 3D Printer

Our company specializes in the production of wooden molds for casting, leveraging various strengths to assist with all kinds of prototypes and manufacturing. Based on the provided drawings and 3D models, or even without one of them, we can consistently produce wooden molds in-house, incorporating mold splitting, casting plans, and processing costs through detailed discussions with our customers.
