Shinko Products Company Profile

The former Madoka inherited the business of the former Hikari, changed its company name to Shinko Products Co., Ltd., and relocated its factory to Kashiwara City, Osaka Prefecture.

In the new factory, we manufacture chair gears (silent and stepless) using a 400-ton progressive press, and produce precision thin sheet products with 300-ton, 250-ton, and 150-ton presses. We are also fully equipped with welding facilities for the production of large outdoor units for commercial air conditioning, including frames and drain pans. Our products, including gears for sofa headrests and armrests, as well as reclining mechanisms and storage fittings for cruiser chairs and hotel room sofa beds, are widely adopted. Moving forward, we will continue to strive for manufacturing that lives up to the reputation of being a reliable brand, proudly representing Made in Japan to the world.
