The nVent SCHROFF RackChiller (in-row water-cooled heat exchanger) is a modular and scalable high-precision cooling solution that can replace or complement traditional data center cooling infrastructure. This product is designed to provide localized energy-efficient cooling, including a heat exchanger that transfers heat from the air to the water circuit. Six integrated electronic commutation (EC) fans supply cooled return air to the front of the unit, providing localized cooling to the installed enclosures and adjacent IT equipment.

The nVent SCHROFF RackChiller (rear door type water-cooled heat exchanger) is designed to manage high thermal load cooling requirements in high-density server, computing, and storage racks. The entire system is integrated within an aesthetically assembled perforated door with a protective cover, isolating the liquid source and cooling loop from the equipment mounted in the rack. This product can be installed as a standalone complete rear door on equipment racks and can be retrofitted to existing racks. The nVent SCHROFF rear door chiller cools the warm exhaust generated by the fans of existing rack-mounted IT equipment through a large cooling coil surface before returning it to the enclosure.

For test and measurement applications that require completely sealed cabinets, nVent SCHROFF offers an affordable cooling solution with new LHX + 5kW and 10kW air/water heat exchangers that include a control unit. The control unit, tailored to the Varistar cabinet platform, ensures optimal temperature regulation.

Liquid cooling is the future of data centers. The rack chiller rack manifold is a flexible solution used in liquid cooling applications that require increased operating hours and improved energy efficiency. Designed with integration and installation in mind, the rack manifold utilizes plug-and-play style connections and universal mounting features to coexist with other data center accessory equipment.

The CDU800 is designed for efficient and safe power supply to IT equipment. The entire system focuses on providing the highest reliability, availability, and maintainability to support direct cooling to the chips. The CDU800 is supplied from the primary equipment water system (FWS), and an integrated pump drives the flow of the secondary equipment cooling system (TCS) cooling loop. The heat exchanger transfers excess heat from the secondary cooling water to the primary cooling water. The entire system is housed in a sleek enclosure with removable side panels and doors. The CDU can be installed on slabs or floors, either among rows of equipment racks or in a standalone equipment room.

The CDU100 is a rack-based cooling water circulation unit (CDU) designed to meet the most demanding HPC needs of today. This system can manage over 100kW of thermal load in a very compact 4U space and can cool up to 200 servers. The rack chiller CDU40 manages the heat from processors and components through an extremely efficient heat exchanger using ASHRAE W4 hot water. As a result, users can significantly reduce the operational costs of their data centers.

The CDU40 is a rack-based cooling water circulation unit (CDU) designed to meet the most demanding HPC needs of today. This system can manage a thermal load of over 40kW in a very compact 4U space and can cool up to 100 servers. The rack chiller CDU40 manages the heat from processors and components through a highly efficient heat exchanger that uses ASHRAE W4 hot water. As a result, users can significantly reduce the operational costs of their data centers.

The "RDHX PRO" is an optimal chilled water cooling unit for high-density server environments in data centers. It directly removes heat from the rear of the rack, significantly reducing cooling load. It achieves both energy efficiency and operational stability. With high cooling performance of 78kW for the 800W model and 59kW for the 600W model, it also supports free cooling.
