KMC Corporation has been pursuing grinding technology that we have cultivated over many years, and we are committed to continuous investment in equipment. We also focus on "human resource development" that equips individuals with the ability to think for themselves and adapt to changes through activities that support the "Toyota Production System," which can be said to be the origin of Japanese manufacturing, such as "5S," "improvement," and "small groups." In 2014, we introduced a new production information system that enables the optimal fusion of people and equipment, and we are advancing the establishment of our unique production system.
