Sanfluoro System Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing sheet lining equipment made of fluororesin (PTFE, PFA) tailored to customer needs using our unique technology since its establishment in November 1992, providing it to semiconductor equipment, chemical plants, and more. In order to ensure proper maintenance and replacement of existing lining equipment, we will continuously pursue our stance as a company that responds to customer needs, including the establishment of a new lining diagnostic system.
