Since its establishment in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, C.A.T. Corporation has been providing maintenance and servicing for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Aiming to be a trusted company that offers services that satisfy our customers, we will continue to strive for further improvement in our technical capabilities and thorough quality management.
