The necessary measures to concretize soundproofing are referred to as "sound insulation" and "sound absorption." Sound insulation is a method that blocks sounds transmitted through the air, preventing them from passing through to the outside by reflecting them off walls, doors, and windows. On the other hand, sound absorption prevents sound reflection by absorbing sound, which helps to prevent it from passing through from the outside. We will introduce soundproofing measures for factories and construction sites. The "Compressor Soundproof Box" is delivered in a box shape assembled to match the dimensions (required internal dimensions) of the compressor. To address heat issues from the compressor, a fan and soundproof cover are installed in the box. Nanyang Wood Co., Ltd. conducts "Noise Source Surveys." We have two devices prepared to investigate the source of sound: a digital sound level meter and a visualization device using an acoustic camera, both of which help identify the location of the sound. With the digital sound level meter, measurements can be taken from 30 dB to 130 dB. Measurements can be taken in seconds, and the data can be graphed to show the fluctuations in noise levels. Additionally, measurements using the visualization acoustic camera not only identify the location of the noise but also allow for measurements of the surrounding space, enabling pinpoint confirmation of where the sound is coming from and the range of sound that can be heard.
