Rozai Industrial Co., Ltd. is the only company in Japan that develops and manufactures all three major components of thermal equipment: industrial furnaces (combustion furnaces), combustion equipment (burners), and refractories (bricks). ● Industrial Furnaces… We develop and manufacture industrial furnaces that accommodate various materials, not only steel but also non-ferrous materials such as aluminum. Additionally, we provide total production services from design to development, manufacturing, and construction for industrial machinery on the thermal equipment process line, as well as environmental equipment such as deodorizing machines. We boast over 80% market share in the delivery of large aluminum melting facilities in Japan. ● Combustion Equipment… We focus on technology development that emphasizes environmental considerations and energy conservation in line with our corporate philosophy. We also respond flexibly to requests for the installation of combustion equipment in existing furnaces. ● Refractories… While about 80% of the same industry in Japan produces unformed refractories, approximately 60% of our production consists of formed refractories, making us a specialized company. We are also capable of manufacturing special refractories used in niche industries such as "special glass manufacturers" and "special industrial furnace manufacturers."
