Matera Co., Ltd. is a company that adds patented processing to Matera (rhyolite) sourced from the local Ehime Prefecture, manufacturing a unique functional powder that is one of a kind in the world. As a new raw material, it has passed 11 safety tests under GLP, and in the cosmetics industry, it is utilized in various applications such as BB creams, foundations, facial cleansers, clay packs, and hair care products, leveraging its SPF boosting effect, preservation efficacy, far-infrared effect, and cleansing effect. We are also challenging ourselves to develop various products, not only powders but also Matera extract water with preservation efficacy and Matera face masks (suitable for both coating and kneading). We contribute to a wide range of fields, including not only cosmetic raw materials but also functional fiber products, livestock feed, and health foods.
