Hoshino Science Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the development of food materials through enzymatic decomposition and fermentation for many years. In particular, we have been working on the edible utilization of materials that were traditionally discarded, such as okara, frozen tuna sawdust, and overripe kiwis. Recently, we have successfully developed a food material that is almost 100% paste made from the skin of Satsuma mandarins.
