The "Belt Cleaner" is a product that enhances durability by inserting reinforced fabric into wear-resistant rubber, compared to conventional rubber-only products. It can be manufactured to match the size of the iron core (pulley) of your existing cleaner, making it suitable for various types of belt conveyors. "Lining" is a processing method that improves wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance by bonding or lining special rubber to can bodies, iron plates, pulleys, tanks, barrel layers, and piping. Additionally, soundproofing effects can also be expected. Furthermore, even if the rubber wears or deteriorates, the equipment can be reused multiple times by replacing the lining, allowing lined can bodies to reduce running costs to about 1/3 to 1/5 compared to standard can bodies, thereby lowering manufacturing costs. We also accept lining with materials such as FRP and urethane, and we excel in on-site construction. Depending on the characteristics of the base material, its application, and the desired functions, we select the most suitable materials.
