"Lining" is a processing method that improves wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance by bonding or lining special rubber to can bodies, iron plates, pulleys, tanks, barrel layers, and piping. Additionally, soundproofing effects can also be expected. Furthermore, even if the rubber wears or deteriorates, the equipment can be reused multiple times by replacing the lining, allowing lined can bodies to reduce running costs to about 1/3 to 1/5 compared to standard can bodies, thereby lowering manufacturing costs. We also accept lining with materials such as FRP and urethane, and we excel in on-site construction. Depending on the characteristics of the base material, its application, and the desired functions, we select the most suitable materials.
