Lubricants and coolant fluids used in machining processes can experience performance degradation in lubrication, rust prevention, and cleaning due to contamination from foreign substances during use. This can adversely affect the quality and precision of the workpiece material. As a countermeasure, the fluids are replaced or replenished after being used for a certain period within a range that does not affect quality. However, by using the Mitsubishi Self-Injector, the properties of the lubricants and coolants can be maintained, which extends the usage time of the fluids and reduces the amount of new fluid needed. The Mitsubishi Self-Injector, with its centrifugal force of approximately 10,000G and the interaction of stacked separation plates, enables high-precision continuous oil-water separation and automatic discharge of settled solids. This eliminates the need for cartridge replacement work like that of filters, thereby improving operational efficiency in equipment maintenance.
