<OEM (EMS) Business> - We will discuss and adopt cost reduction measures with our customers from various aspects such as design, procurement, and manufacturing. - We excel in proposing value engineering (VE) suggestions for drawings and procurement methods during the transition from prototype to mass production. We will also propose improvements for quality enhancement. - For customers without their own factories, we will consistently work with them to consider and implement the optimal methods, including our inspection standards, tooling proposals, product quality standards, and export methods. - We participate from the product development stage, offering mold design and manufacturing as well as optimal parts and materials. - Even for small lots, we will propose optimal pricing by utilizing purchasing and logistics schemes. - We will establish an efficient production system tailored to the product composition and lot size. We also conduct cell production with multi-skilled workers. <ODM Business> - Designers are present at our Tokyo headquarters and overseas factories, allowing us to coordinate and respond from three locations. - We will design according to the customer's concept. Additionally, to enhance cost competitiveness, we provide product development that incorporates CD design. - We conduct consistent design support from mechanical design to product evaluation. - We also accommodate certification testing for overseas markets.
