"Shin-Etsu Electric Film" is a polypropylene film for Hazy-type capacitors that Shin-Etsu Film has successfully industrialized. From raw material procurement to manufacturing and shipping, we maintain a unified management system to ensure stable supply to our customers. We use carefully selected high-purity polypropylene resin as raw material, and it is produced using a simultaneous biaxial stretching method by the inflation method. The "Shinetsu Processing Film" is an application of the polypropylene film manufacturing technology developed for electrical films, used in the wrapping tape during the molding of carbon fiber prepreg. The matrix resin (epoxy) in the carbon fiber prepreg possesses thermal shrinkage characteristics and stress properties that follow the curing speed during melting and hardening. It is suitable for wrapping cylindrical molded products such as fishing rods, golf club shafts, and other items made with carbon fiber prepreg. 【Features】 - It has a tensile strength of over 196 MPa, allowing for appropriate tension during wrapping, resulting in molded products with excellent strength. - It possesses thermal shrinkage characteristics and stress properties. - After firing, the film can be easily peeled off from the molded product, exhibiting excellent release properties. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Silicon Wafer Case Packaging Laminated Bag" is a laminated bag manufactured with meticulous attention to the cleanliness management of the product itself. We offer three types: transparent laminated products, aluminum laminated products, and transparent barrier laminated products. The materials of each type of laminated bag consist of multiple laminated films made from different materials, providing excellent gas barrier properties.
