After firing, it is possible to easily peel the film from the molded body! Suitable for wrapping cylindrical molded products.
The "Shinetsu Processing Film" is an application of the polypropylene film manufacturing technology developed for electrical films, used in the wrapping tape during the molding of carbon fiber prepreg. The matrix resin (epoxy) in the carbon fiber prepreg possesses thermal shrinkage characteristics and stress properties that follow the curing speed during melting and hardening. It is suitable for wrapping cylindrical molded products such as fishing rods, golf club shafts, and other items made with carbon fiber prepreg. 【Features】 - It has a tensile strength of over 196 MPa, allowing for appropriate tension during wrapping, resulting in molded products with excellent strength. - It possesses thermal shrinkage characteristics and stress properties. - After firing, the film can be easily peeled off from the molded product, exhibiting excellent release properties. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
