VAPT film

Transferring to complex 3D shapes or deep-drawn products is possible! It also accommodates porous-shaped molded products.

We would like to introduce the "VAPT Film" that we handle. This decorative film applies vacuum pressure forming technology, allowing for the transfer of designs onto complex three-dimensional shapes and deep-drawn products. Additionally, the transfer specification of this product includes a hard coat layer, which becomes more durable after UV irradiation post-transfer, protecting the molded product. 【Features】 ■ Capable of transferring designs onto complex three-dimensional shapes and deep-drawn products ■ The transfer specification includes a hard coat layer ■ The outermost hard coat layer becomes more durable after UV irradiation post-transfer ■ An environmentally friendly method that does not release organic solvents compared to painting ■ Trimming-free, leading to improved productivity and cost benefits *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
