In August 2021, our company introduced the new BUSS mixing machine "COMPEO55." In addition to the main raw materials, it features precise blending ratios through the quantitative side feed of auxiliary materials. It can process up to 350°C thanks to the flight selection and temperature control functions. Moreover, it minimizes thermal degradation due to wide-area mixing that suppresses localized heating, reducing the deterioration of physical properties, color tone, and scorching compared to conventional resin mixing machines. This equipment has been improved to adapt BUSS's excellent technology, which has been cultivated in the PVC field and others, to a wide range of resins, enabling the realization of very broad process performance.
