Mukai Town Paper Co., Ltd. has primarily been engaged in the manufacturing of cardboard cases for electrical equipment manufacturers, as well as paper boxes, particularly small boxes for screws. Although we are a small town factory, we strive to provide careful service, and now we receive inquiries from many customers across Japan through our website. One of our company's features is the ability to produce small lots. You can order products starting from just one piece. We are committed to providing good quality products at the lowest possible prices, from sample creation to the production of items under 100 units.
Business Activities
<Design and Manufacturing of Boxes> We can create custom boxes in original sizes at low quantities. The minimum order is one piece. If you provide details about the products to be placed inside, we will design and propose an appropriate box. We have a variety of paper and cardboard sheets in stock, allowing us to create boxes that meet your preferences. After you confirm the box sample, we will proceed with the main production, so you can order with confidence even if it's your first time. <Paper Die-Cutting> We perform processing of thick paper, including window cutting, creation of internal dividers, design of assembly dividers, and scoring. For small lots, creating with a die can be costly, so we use a sample cutter machine instead. <Cutting of Cardboard and Thin Paper> We will cut the paper to your desired size using a cutting machine and deliver it to you. We can cut paper ranging from thin sheets to thick cardboard. While we can cut from one piece, the economical lot starts at 500 pieces. <Printing> We can apply foil stamping, silk printing, letterpress printing, and full-color printing on paper. Printing can be ordered from one piece, and we also receive orders for sample products or for exhibitions.
