"Fresh Ever" is a freshness preservative for fruits that prevents moisture evaporation within the fruit, maintaining a fresh and juicy taste and appearance. In the event of contamination with rotten fruit, it suppresses the spread of decay to other fruits. Compared to wax, it does not turn white when washed with water and does not stick to hands during peeling. All ingredients of this product have been confirmed for safety by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare based on the Food Sanitation Act, and are permitted for use in food as food additives.
