Applied manufactures original BTO computers and HPC products on a made-to-order basis at its own factory in Hakata, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. All computers produced in the domestic factory undergo diagnostics using the industry-standard test "QuickTech Professional." For each hardware component that makes up the computer, such as the CPU, memory, and HDD, a state is created that simulates actual operation, and stress is applied. Individual powerful diagnostic programs are prepared for each hardware component. (For example, in memory diagnostics, we utilize six diagnostic algorithms, including the well-known memory diagnostic algorithm "Jump," to detect errors.) By applying software-based stress in this way, it has become possible to detect errors that traditional diagnostic tools could not identify. The results diagnosed with "QuickTech Professional" are attached to the product as a "diagnostic report." This serves as "proof of quality approval."

We deliver products only after they have passed rigorous quality inspections conducted by experienced manufacturing staff through cell production. The materials used for our computers and HPC products are sourced exclusively from parts manufacturers and authorized domestic distributors. Additionally, we conduct parts diagnostics and aging tests during manufacturing to ensure that we provide high-quality computers and HPC products that our customers can use with confidence. We only adopt materials for our original BTO computers and HPC products that meet our own quality standards. We strive for consistent quality improvement from material selection to manufacturing, ensuring that both HPC products, which require high performance and durability, and BTO computers used for general office tasks can be used with peace of mind. Furthermore, we engage in regular negotiations with material manufacturers and authorized domestic distributors.
