We would like to introduce the best product of March manufactured by Excel Corporation. The best product of March is the "Shutter Inspection Platform." Since it is a platform installed on the exterior of a building at a high location, strength is more important than appearance for safety reasons. Therefore, we focused on strength by using semi-automatic welding instead of the usual TIG welding. Additionally, it is designed to allow the handrail to be removable, and we had to minimize the misalignment between the holes in the frame and the pitch of the handrail legs, making post-welding adjustments quite challenging. The rising part of the wall is processed with an R bend (bending the sheet metal at an angle with a rounded edge), and small end caps are placed on both ends in the longitudinal direction, while the front side is also bent with a fold at the bottom.
