The "work style reform" has become a bottleneck, leading to even more waste in the field, and there are major issues such as the ongoing logistics crisis characterized by a shortage of truck drivers, congestion in truck yards, and delays in the visibility of logistics operations. Our company has spent 17 years analyzing the behavior of workers within buildings, focusing on the globally renowned Toyota Motor Corporation's production sites, as well as major manufacturing companies, major logistics firms, airlines, large supermarkets, major home improvement centers, offices, small and medium-sized enterprises, and healthcare facilities, conducting research and development across hundreds of companies. We have developed a "productivity improvement system" that digitizes the current analysis data of workers (linking movement lines and videos) in an extremely short time without any construction, compared to traditional methods, to solve these issues.
