• Rubber Processing Machine

The products being introduced all use the Thomson type (a mold created by cutting laser grooves into a base wooden board and fitting blades into those grooves)! Using a mold that is divided into two parts and made according to the shape of the product, we insert rubber material, close the mold, and apply pressure and heat in a machine to create various three-dimensional products. Using machines such as NC lathes, machining centers, and cutting plotters, we input the desired shapes as CAD data and then cut or drill rubber materials in sheet or block form. The non-asbestos gaskets processed by our company are manufactured in-house, from mold production to cutting processes. The molds are integrated with both inner and outer diameters, ensuring no eccentricity and no burrs. We have over 30 years of processing and sales experience with non-asbestos gaskets since our establishment, and we have received positive feedback from various customers.
