We have delivered a 1000kg portable unmanned transport vehicle to the Sakade Factory of Toa Gosei Co., Ltd. By automating the transport of materials to a warehouse approximately 200 meters away from the production area using the unmanned transport vehicle, we were able to automate a task that previously required dozens of trips by forklift each day, fulfilling the request to shift workers to other optimal tasks. We have successfully cleared high hurdles such as outdoor conditions, slopes, undulations, long distances, inter-building transport, and interference with other vehicles, and we have received positive evaluations for achieving results beyond expectations.

We have delivered a shutter-equipped unmanned transport vehicle to Ajinomoto Co., Inc. As part of a project to significantly review their supply chain, Ajinomoto was considering the introduction of unmanned transport vehicles for product transportation within the factory. There were many challenges in transporting between buildings, including rain, dust, slopes, passing through grates, passing through air showers, and automatic transfer. Encountering KKS's AGV introduction video, which showed the vehicle running on rain-soaked asphalt, crossing grates, and easily overcoming steps and slopes, opened the path to solving these challenges, leading to the birth of the shutter-equipped unmanned transport vehicle to meet all their requirements. A total of 8 unmanned transport vehicles are centrally managed and operate throughout the factory day and night. In addition to the AGVs, KKS has also supplied conveyors for inbound and outbound logistics as ancillary equipment.

Tokyo Shinjuku Vegifruit Co., Ltd. wholesales vegetables and fruits from all over the country at the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market Yodobashi Market. This time, Tokyo Shinjuku Vegifruit utilized a subsidy from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Market Logistics Innovation Promotion Project Utilizing Advanced Technology" to implement one unmanned transport vehicle (AGV) and two conveyors (chain conveyor / conveyor with lifter) as part of their efforts to improve logistics efficiency. The unmanned transport vehicle will automatically transport goods from the automated warehouse to designated locations and from designated locations back to the automated warehouse. The performance of the TKS Group's AGV (unmanned transport vehicle), which can operate in the challenging environment of the wholesale market with steps and slopes (rough terrain), was evaluated and led to its adoption.

Towa has set the following three points as their production policy: - Forkless operation - Fume-free operation - Crane-free operation By not installing equipment such as conveyors in the transport line, they can maximize the use of their limited factory space. Additionally, our product is compactly designed for a 1500kg capacity, and its lateral movement, which allows it to move sideways without turning, is highly effective. The unmanned transport vehicle (AGV) has been adopted not just as a transport device, but as one of the production facilities.

We have introduced two AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) at Japan Fine Steel Co., Ltd., a wire manufacturer. Japan Fine Steel Co., Ltd. holds a top share both domestically and internationally in the production of special wires essential for semiconductor processing. In this instance, our group's AGVs will be utilized for transporting wires and bobbins. Previously, transportation was carried out using forklifts, but with the introduction of our product, automated transportation has been realized, allowing those who were responsible for this transportation task to focus on other duties. Although the site had many areas with corrugated steel plates, we determined that our group's AGVs, known for their high mobility, could operate there. We brought the AGVs to the actual site and conducted a demonstration. We were able to showcase their "strong performance on rough terrain" feature, which led to their adoption.
