The company was using metal halide and ceramic metal lamps (a total of 37 lights) and had no issues with workability during the day due to natural light from skylights, but they requested improvements to the work environment because workability was poor around sunset (average illuminance of 90-150 lx). We will introduce the principle and structure of our "Electrode-less Lamp." Since it adopts a mechanism based on the principles of electromagnetic induction and discharge light emission, the lamp itself can illuminate semi-permanently without being affected by the lifespan due to electrode wear. By passing high-frequency current through the coil, a magnetic field is generated in the ferrite core, which in turn creates an electric field inside the lamp.
