Founded in the 20th year of the Meiji era! Kochi side dish miso manufacturer.
Daruma Miso Co., Ltd. is a miso manufacturer in Kochi Prefecture that sells side dish miso such as Kanayamaji Miso and Moromi Miso. We do not use machines in the production of koji and manufacture our products slowly and carefully using the traditional "Tokojiki" method. It is our commitment to value the artisan's tactile sense rather than relying on machines. We also accept contract manufacturing for private brands (PB) and original equipment manufacturing (OEM), so please feel free to consult us if you have any requests.
