By generating corona discharge from a high-frequency power supply device and passing processing substrates (such as PET film or paper) through it, corona treatment is applied to their surfaces, generally improving wettability and enhancing characteristics such as printing, coating, and adhesion. The dry lamination method involves applying a solvent-based adhesive to a substrate such as polyethylene film using a gravure roll, removing the solvent in a drying oven, and then laminating it with another substrate using heated rolls. The substrates that can be accommodated include polyethylene film, vapor-deposited film, metal foils such as aluminum and copper foil, non-woven fabric, paper, and more. We heat and melt hot melt adhesive in a melting tank, and then coat it onto paper materials or laminated materials using a gravure roll.
