This is an introduction to a case where we proposed a packaging solution for a customer who was struggling with the packaging material for a nozzle that is 4 meters long. Using wooden boxes increases the packaging weight, resulting in higher transportation costs. The customer was also concerned about the longer lead times. We received a request from a customer handling air conditioning units. They were transporting the products packed in cardboard, but due to the heavy weight of the products, there were significant concerns regarding protection. Therefore, in addition to the standard packaging set, we proposed using eco-boards that have high strength and cushioning properties.
