In the automotive and industrial sectors, there has been a demand for lightweight materials, leading to the use of CFRP (density 1.5). However, Super Resin Industry has achieved extreme lightweighting through a sandwich structure with our self-developed foam core (density 0.1). Furthermore, by integrating dissimilar materials through one-shot automated molding and out-of-autoclave (OOA) processes, which reduce steps like adhesive application, we have realized cost reductions. 【Features】 - Ultra-thin Achieves a core thickness of less than 1mm and can accommodate curved shapes and local thickness variations. - Lightweight Incorporating foam allows for approximately 30% weight reduction compared to CFRP. - One-Shot molding The use of thermosetting resin for the matrix eliminates the need for adhesives.
