We would like to introduce a case study of proposals unique to Tainishi Seiko, a manufacturer of construction materials, based on their extensive experience with "low-profile round head bolts." The manufacturer requested that the head be as low as possible. Our company was able to mass-produce a head diameter of φ18 with a head thickness of 2mm using only cold forging and without any secondary processing.
