Established on January 23, 2013. In November 2015, began providing the cloud HR and labor management software "SmartHR." SmartHR realizes the paperless processing of various labor procedures such as employment contracts, onboarding procedures, and year-end adjustments. It integrates with the e-Gov API provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, allowing applications to be submitted to government offices online. It frees business owners and HR personnel from complicated and time-consuming labor procedures and management, supporting the improvement of corporate productivity. In 2018, it was selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's program "J-Startup," aimed at creating unicorn companies. In 2019, it raised 6.2 billion yen in funding from overseas investors in a Series C round and established its first regional office in Kansai.
