Our company began with the machinery division, which was established as a repair factory for the Ashio Copper Mine, manufacturing materials in-house for product development. Currently, as a member of the Furukawa Machinery and Metal Group, we produce heat-resistant and wear-resistant castings using our extensive experience and the latest technology. The blast furnace liners for steel manufacturers have consistently adopted the wart liner (utility model, self-lining method), receiving high praise. Furthermore, utilizing the latest casting technology, we manufacture cast products that exceed traditional concepts, such as ceramic composite wear-resistant castings. Based on a perspective that always considers the customer's position, we strive to manufacture products that can be operated with confidence and offer low running costs to the market. In terms of quality control, we are committed to providing stable products as a unified company.
