Our company conducts surface mount processes using a jet printer method that does not require a metal mask. With the introduction of the "maskless line" in 2025, there is no need for metal mask production, allowing us to start work immediately after receiving data. For circuit boards with fewer than 135 types of components, we can reduce costs compared to metal mask production. Using a non-contact method that does not touch the circuit board, we eliminate smudging and rubbing, achieving a stable transfer rate.
