We would like to introduce examples of press processing using SUS material. Processing of SUS alone (approximately t0.05 to 0.1) or a composite of SUS and adhesive material can be performed on a small high-speed press machine, minimizing deformation and burrs during pressing to the utmost limit. The offset distance between the SUS and the adhesive material can also be controlled arbitrarily, allowing us to meet various customer needs. Additionally, by observing the cross-section of the pressed product under a microscope, we can ensure stable quality confirmation of mass-produced products and quickly detect abnormalities. We would like to introduce examples of press processing using ASF materials. Using our unique know-how, we can process 3H to 4H hard coat films, which are applied to glass panels of car navigation systems and smartphones, without causing cracks or dents during pressing. We have been advancing the press development of hard coat films since before the rapid proliferation of glass panels, and we are applying the accumulated know-how to the press processing of hard coat films with various functions. We would like to introduce examples of automated press processing. With our specially designed machinery, we can automatically complete the removal and rearrangement of unnecessary parts from materials, which were originally done manually. Additionally, we can detect defective products using a CCD camera. OCA (Optical Clear Adhesive), used in the LCD screens of car navigation systems and smartphone touch panels, is a soft, high-transparency adhesive tape without a substrate, making it very difficult to process.
