The company name Mio stands for the initials of "M: Moriyama," "i: Ito," and "o: Owada." Fifteen years ago, the company M, where i and o (the current executives) worked, went bankrupt. Mio was established with the investment of 50 employees from the bankrupt company. It took over a year to get on track starting from zero work. In the third year after its establishment, there was the Lehman Shock, which occurs once every hundred years, and three years later, there was a major earthquake that happens once every thousand years. We have overcome many crises because "we protected the company established by the employees together." Moving forward, we want to make it an attractive company that protects its employees and is protected by them.
