The "H Series Gear Pump" is a high-precision gear pump made of D2 tool steel or M series tool steel. Its stable flow with high precision repeatability is unaffected by changes in pressure, viscosity, or temperature, and it can operate up to 510°C. There are only three moving parts, and both the tool steel and die steel are fully hardened to a hardness of 64Rc or higher. The "TOKO-Zenith Metering Drive System" is a system that combines a high-precision, pulsation-free gear pump with a drive and control unit that fully utilizes its performance. This easy-to-use and low-cost system is useful for various applications. Our product features a built-in magnetic sensor in the reducer, which continuously monitors the rotation speed.
