The term "Light" used here indicates a simplified and quantitative meaning, characterized by the ability to produce using simple molds and lightweight equipment, without the need for traditional large-scale mold structures and gun equipment. The waterproof heating board uses a self-temperature-controlled heater made of conductive carbon and insulating polymer as its heat source. As the temperature rises, the polymer expands, making it difficult for current to flow, which reduces the amount of heat generated. This allows the heating element itself to control the temperature safely without the need for a thermostat or temperature sensor.
