We would like to introduce the "Iron Ore Round Cart" developed by Fuji Denso. This product was ordered by a customer in Osaka City. It is a request for powder coating of a steel round cart. The color is Hardy Green. It's a color you don't hear much about, but it's a light green shade similar to mint green. After welding, the areas are carefully wiped with thinner, and the thinner is thoroughly blown off with air before the painting process. Since this is a product we receive orders for regularly, the speed at which our craftsmen paint is quite fast. Our vertical drying oven is also 6 meters long, allowing us to bake more than 100 units at once. Introducing the "duct frame" developed by Fujidenzo. This product was requested by a customer in Higashi-Osaka City. The material is ZAM steel plate, and the color is black baked paint. We used a paint called Rockhold (black). A key point to note during painting is that the surface is smooth, making it difficult for the fabric and paint to adhere. Therefore, it is important to thoroughly sand (polish with paper) before painting. The painting is done only on the inner surface and edges. After baking, it achieved a smooth and beautiful finish.
