The OBM Research Center, recognized by Osaka Prefecture and established as a school corporation, contributes to research and development related to healthcare, drug discovery, and the health and safety of everyone as a contract testing organization for bio-related tests. Business Activities
■mRNA and Exosomes We contribute to the latest pharmaceutical research, including application studies of microRNA as biomarkers, gene and cytokine analysis, and research on testing methods using exosomes. ■In Vitro Cell Culture Evaluation Tests In cell culture evaluation tests, we conduct safety tests and functionality confirmation of materials in the fields of functional foods and cosmetics, in addition to OECD-compliant alternatives to animal testing. We also build new systems based on the latest research data provided by our customers. ■Regenerative Medicine In the field of regenerative medicine, we utilize various studies and quality control for safety testing of stem cells, surface marker analysis, differentiation capability confirmation, and co-culture functionality tests. ■Others ○Gene Expression Analysis - Gene expression analysis using TaqMan Arrays - miRNA expression analysis using TaqMan Arrays ○Cell Marker Measurement and Analysis - Flow Cytometry ○Immunoassays - ELISA - Multiplex Assays (simultaneous quantitative analysis of multiple items) - Antibody Arrays
