In a large-scale line with a total length of 4000 meters, including painting and drying processes, we produce various plywood coating products, starting with plywood for concrete formwork. Our natural drying line, which is effective in ensuring the strength of the painted surface, boasts one of the largest production capacities in the country. We listen to our customers' requests regarding applications, functionality, cost, color, etc., and develop new combinations of plywood and coatings by procuring suitable plywood and paints and manufacturing on a large-scale painting line. With a production system that allows us to handle everything from procurement of plywood and paints to prototyping, performance testing, and production in-house, we respond to our customers' concerns and requests.

By applying a formaldehyde catcher agent to the plywood, it can be made compliant with F☆☆☆☆ and used as interior building materials without restrictions.

By using a scarf joint, it is possible to create long joints with a width of 3 to 4 shaku and a maximum length of 4 meters. Depending on the desired length, plywood can be joined together using a scarf joint.

Available production sizes: up to 1240 mm in width and 4030 mm in length. (Note: Regarding thickness, there may be cases where we cannot accommodate depending on the materials used and the finished thickness, so please inquire with us first.)

In the "Materials Division," we process and sell various types of domestic and imported plywood as a base, combining them with wood-based boards for use as materials in residential interior building materials. In the "Products Division," we manufacture and sell painted plywood for temporary flooring and other uses with large painting and drying equipment, and we accommodate custom painting through sub-lines. We also support medium lot sizes (in units of 1,000 sheets).
