We would like to introduce a case study where we achieved high-difficulty burr-free processing for a fluid control device manufacturer, solving their challenges. They were facing a difficult position in price competition with overseas manufacturers due to the time and costs associated with deburring. We provided technical cooperation and explored burr-free processing methods. We would like to introduce a case study where we developed LED lighting according to the specifications requested by our customers in the iron and aluminum manufacturing industry, solving their challenges. In the aluminum surface inspection area, using standard white LEDs made it difficult to see surface scratches due to the light washing them out, so sodium lamps, which are costly in electricity, were used instead. We selected LED chips with a color similar to the existing sodium lamps and proposed a solution that would match the current inspection environment. We have established a burr-free processing technology (new method) for chemical-resistant valves while responding to the high precision requirements of difficult-to-process materials such as engineering plastics, super engineering plastics, and GF/CF high-content materials and molded products. In valve products for semiconductors and medical applications, burrs tend to occur at the junctions between holes, making them difficult to remove due to their occurrence in deep areas. However, through the development of cutting tools and optimization of processing conditions, we have established burr-free processing for the junctions of valve inner diameters. A new method has been developed for cutting thermoplastic resins (super engineering plastics) such as PEEK and PPS (GF/CF = 15-40%) without cracks, chips, or burrs! With a specific gravity of around 1.94, which is about 1/4 that of SUS at 7.93, our pipes are very lightweight yet high-strength, leading to an expansion of their applications as a "metal alternative."
