On January 7th (Thursday), a state of emergency was declared. The areas affected in the Kanto region are Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa, covering one metropolis and three prefectures, with a duration of one month. Currently, the center of infection is in these four areas, and since the year-end and New Year holidays, the number of infected individuals has remained extremely high, exceeding 2,000 daily in Tokyo. Regarding universities, we are requesting an effective combination of in-person and online classes. When the state of emergency was declared in March 2020, more than 50% of companies halted their recruitment activities. As a result, recruitment efforts became prolonged, and many companies may have incorporated a "wait-and-see" strategy, leading to the loss of talented candidates. The training will be conducted using WEB (ZOOM), but it will not be on-demand (recorded). In every session, the instructor will directly communicate with participants, repeatedly engaging in "thinking," "sharing," and "presenting," creating an environment for active learning rather than passive training. By conveying information through training tailored to each individual's position and situation, we aspire to be a strategic training partner that positively influences "current management" and "future management."
