Our company, Yuasa Techno Co., Ltd. (established in 1993), which has contributed to the creation and development of industries as an organizer of factory and production equipment with machine tools as its mainstay, has merged with Yuasa Promatech Co., Ltd. (established in 1997), which has focused on the sale of related equipment for machine tools, construction machinery, and logistics industries, as well as environmental, energy-saving equipment, and water treatment. This merger took place on April 1, 2021, and we have started anew as Yuasa Neotech Co., Ltd. With the merger of the two companies, we will demonstrate even greater comprehensive strength, responding meticulously to our customers' needs in a one-stop manner, and enhancing our products, engineering, and services to meet the demands of a new era. We aim to be a Yuasa Trading Group company that can contribute to "monozukuri" (manufacturing) in Japan and around the world. Our parent company, Yuasa Trading Co., Ltd., has a history of 350 years since its founding in 1666 (the 6th year of the Kanbun era) and is a "comprehensive trading company specializing in machinery and housing." In the fields of factories, living environments, and infrastructure and construction, we sell essential products and systems for "industry and daily life" through a network of approximately 20,000 sales partners and about 6,000 suppliers, along with our unique capabilities.
