Our company is one of the Parker Group companies that are adopted in various fields within the surface treatment industry. At the Ebina factory, we mainly undertake the "Colleen No. 4 treatment," which is used in the hydraulic equipment industry, as a technology to enhance the cleanliness of complex cast iron structures and remove carbon from the surface of cast iron.
Business Activities
1. Sand casting of cast iron with a complex internal structure is processed through sand removal treatment using chemicals to enhance internal cleanliness. 2. We undertake decarburization treatment to remove carbon (graphite) from the surface of cast iron, which can be harmful to surface treatments such as plating and welding. We are mainly adopted for hydraulic components, automotive parts, and pump components.
