• Mold Design

Most of the in-house equipment is equipped with full-axis scales and is compatible with high-precision plates. • Processing Contract

The production equipment we possess, 'UPG3010CH-Li', is a surface grinding machine with a working range of X3600×Y1160×Z500. It features oil static pressure specifications for the left-right and front-back guide surfaces, linear motor drive, crowning processing, vertical axis linear motion guide, ball screw drive, and options for automatic adjustment of oil and water temperatures. • Grinding Machine

The production equipment we own, the "CNC JIG BORER," is a vertical machining center with a working range of X2600×Y1400×Z600. It is equipped with a special specification of an ATC for 180 tools, high-pressure spindle through, and a cutting oil temperature control device, and it supports optical scale feedback of 0.1μ. Our specialties include finishing processes for motor core die sets and high-precision mold base finishing (for lenses, gears, etc.). • Machining Center

In our company, the work content and schedule are divided into the first half and the second half of the week, and workers write them on a whiteboard. To ensure thorough communication of this information, we hold daily morning meetings to align on the processes. We also have a complete set of work instructions for each customer to ensure adherence to customer specifications. The processing steps are checked by veteran employees, who select tools and review all plates to establish a system that allows us to create high-quality products as quickly as possible. • Processing Contract

Our company specializes in custom die set processing for resin molding and aluminum die casting. The new factory is located at the foot of the Yatsugatake mountains, with the factory foundation excavated down to a solid gravel layer, reinforced by 1 meter of ground stabilization and shaped with 0.8 meters of concrete. Additionally, the factory's outer walls are made of 0.1-meter thick German panels (P-panels), providing a top-class working environment in the country. Most of the machine tools are equipped with full-axis scales to ensure high-precision mold compatibility. To maintain accuracy, we conduct annual checks of static and dynamic precision by the manufacturer, guaranteeing precision to our customers.
