The "Karatron(R)" is an inorganic separation system that removes eggshells, shells, bones, and other materials that can cause pipe blockages, contributing to the avoidance of troubles in subsequent processes and reducing cleaning work. By utilizing gravity sedimentation, it separates and removes eggshells and shells from the slurry, and the acids generated during the fermentation process dissolve calcium, which then reprecipitates as calcium in the later stages, preventing adverse effects such as pipe blockages.
