Our company manufactures ultra-precision small-diameter shafts for electronic devices, video equipment, optical communication equipment, and more, from prototype to mass production. We have established cutting and sub-micron polishing finishing technology for ultra-precision micro shafts with a total length of 1.8 mm and an outer diameter of φ0.6, and we have also developed technology for achieving 1-micron cross-section in fluororesin-coated shafts, which was previously considered difficult. We strive to accommodate "high quality, short delivery times, and low prices" as much as possible.
