This is an optimal cushioning pad for packaging, made from polyethylene film integrated with plant-based biomass plastic and cardboard. By sandwiching the product between the film and the backing paper, it can be easily secured. Utilizing its stretchable properties, we propose a new packaging form. The material stretches, allowing for the packaging of products of different sizes together. This significantly reduces the time spent cutting or packing cushioning materials. Simply place the contents between the backing paper and film and fold the backing paper to securely hold the contents in place. "Esanon Ace" is a three-layer structure sheet that combines a durable static-free film on both sides of "Miniform." In an example where it was adopted for automotive parts shipping box dividers, cost reduction was achieved by reusing the outer box and switching from dividers made of other materials to our product's dividers due to a model change of the parts. We can also accommodate requests for non-standard products. We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our product "Minadan Eco-L" at Adastria Logistics Co., Ltd. The company designed the layout of shelves and the introduced equipment with the intention of minimizing the need for workers to walk around the large warehouse searching for products. They also considered the distance female workers would need to move, leading to the adoption of our product. After the implementation, they have been able to carry four boxes at once, which has been positively evaluated for its work efficiency.
