Our company operates under a three-division structure—Manufacturing, Medical, and Environmental Science—dedicated to revitalizing Japanese manufacturing, advancing healthcare, and protecting the environment. We maintain three domestic offices (Fukushima Headquarters, Shinjuku Tokyo, and Atsugi Kanagawa) and one overseas office in China. The Manufacturing Division connects major corporations and small to mid-sized companies through an extensive network, providing solutions to a wide range of manufacturing challenges. We support design, engineering, prototyping, mass production, factory automation (FA), and overseas sourcing. We also handle material procurement, small-lot production, multi-variety orders, and prototyping starting from a single unit. The Medical Division offers a unique lineup of products that directly contribute to sustainable healthcare systems and hospital management, including R-SUD (medical device recycling), innovative medical devices, AI-related solutions, and hygiene and environmental improvement technologies. The Environmental Science Division promotes initiatives that directly contribute to CO₂ reduction, such as reforestation projects (carbon neutrality), waterproofing solutions that shift the industry from “building new structures” to “preserving them for the long term” amid rising construction costs, and environmentally conscious power procurement (U-POWER).
Business Activities
【Manufacturing Division】 Industries: Automotive, office automation, semiconductors, medical devices, consumer goods, and more. We provide comprehensive support across design (materials, mechanical, electrical), prototyping (machining, casting, molding, sheet metal, pressing, 3D printing), and mass production (plastic molding, rubber, aluminum die casting, magnesium, ferrite cores). Additional capabilities include pressing, sheet metal processing, mold fabrication, assembly, and surface finishing (printing, coating, plating, anodizing). We also offer overseas sourcing from China and Vietnam. 【Medical Division】 Industries: National university hospitals, core hospitals, clinics, nursing care facilities, and more. Our R-SUD (medical device recycling) initiatives are promoted in collaboration with university hospitals through an official council. Devices such as body water analyzers and gait analyzers are utilized to support heatstroke prevention and condition monitoring for patients, hospitals, and corporate staff. Our specialized medical-use coating, offered in collaboration with Toyota Enterprise, is widely adopted by general businesses—including subways, hospitals, factories, and large facilities—for hygiene improvement. 【Environmental Science Division】 We promote waterproofing solutions using polyurea technology, enabling long-term preservation of buildings and structures—shifting from “building new” to “protecting what exists”—and significantly reducing construction costs. We also support pure CO₂ reduction through Fukushima Prefecture’s reforestation project, offering the valuable J-Credit 003. In addition, we provide proposals for electricity cost optimization and environmentally conscious power procurement (U-POWER). All initiatives are aimed at contributing to a sustainable society.
